L-Glutamine advantages

What exactly does it aid in supplementing on this product.
Im tight on my budget and id like to add either some creatine or L-glutamine to my diet. Now I got tons of info on creatine but not much on glutamine...

I did find some info on glutamine on the net and it seems to have positive effects on the actual human body.
What would you guys suggest i take creatine or glutamine and what info you guys got on glutamine?

First is can you afford a complete course on creatine????the course is 2 months.I week loading phase with the supp 4 times a day(5 grams) thens for the rest of the course,one dose right after workout.
If you can have that then only go for it.

as about glutamine, well its good stuff too.It helps your body to stay away from the catabolic stage, and helps you grow by repairing your muscles after workout.

But whichever you choose, you will have to workout really good....lift heavy and periodically keep increasing the weights you lift.
