I had knee surgery last May. I tore my ACL and Mensucus. They shaved my menuscus completley down and reparied the ACL. They had also put staples on the muscle in my knee, but i had ended tearing them, so in July they had to go back in and repair the muscle again. I am now ending my senior year of highschool. I could not play any sports, or do any weight lifting of any kind until last Monday. Last year i held the record on bench 210, and clean 190 for my weight class. I have lost a TON of muscle and almost all of the definition that i once had. I need to know how i can get those back. I have been in sports since i can remember and i dont know where to start now. Also, what are some good fitness routines i can get into?? I would really like to build my muscle again, increase endurance, and have the nice tone and defintion i once had. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
