Knee soarness, Squating

I been doing 90 degree squats currently and my knees have been feeling weak and sore, am i doing my squats wrong??

Make sure your feet are out far enough in front, so your knees are not out further, and keep your feet shoulder width apart pointing straight. Also go lighter on the weight. Form is really important here as you can do alot of damage to both your knees and back.
