After 1 year of my 2nd spinal fusion, I started going to the gym for about a month now. I have been doing great! I even lost 4 lbs. Not much but it makes me happy. Anyway, I tried something new, cycling. And omg! When I stood up the pain in my knee was terrible! It swelled up immediately. I iced it for a day and it feels better today. I want to go workout tomorrow, but I need some expertise on what type of excerises would help strengthen the muscles around my knee? All appreciated. Thank you in advance.
