Hi guys, it's been a long long time.

Since it was nice the past few days I decided to not only run, but bike for a while (both of which I haven't done in months).

so now I'm experiencing some very bothersome pain in and around my knee joints. I'm no doctor so I'm not sure exactly what part of the knee, but it's affecting both knees.

walking and even lifting my leg (knee down) cause discomfort. I know this is temporary, but I'm hoping for some suggestions on some exercises to help strengthen my joints so that this won't happen as severe as it did today.

(i'm guessing squats, knee extensions)

any advice is greatly appreciated.

Ice the knee....

Stiff legged deadlifts are great at strengthening knee...squats are also good...

You might like give the knee extensions a miss. I've ad a bunch of cartlage removed from my knee, hopefully you havent torn any in yours.
