Finally I can see the light of day again. I have been gone for two weeks now. First, I threw out my back working in the yard. Then, got a summer cold. Now, when that has cleared up something else happens. My gf's grandmother had a stroke last night. She's the only granddaughter, and her dad is in Germany doing some college course work. It's going to be a tough weekend, but I think I'll be able to get to the gym tomorrow. I am not out of the challenge, but just dropping in for a bit. Now, back to the chaos we all call life.

Update!!! Grandma went home yesterday at 2pm. She appears to be fine. MRI and EKG scans show some slower activity in the left side of her brain, but not a whole lot of damage. I'll be at the gym tonight for the first time in two weeks. I'm going to be sore tomorrow.
