I started with the 12 week mass program and am in like week 5 or 6 I believe. It is going great so far and everybody has been a big help with all their questions and answers. Just would like to say hi and thanks! I am sure I will be talking to everyone here every now and then!

duketter Posts: 76 Joined: 2002/05/01	2002/07/16, 03:45 PM No problem....so far so good though. I am making some good gains. At first I was a little skeptical of the program but now, I would recommend it. Wow, that sounds like a commercial!
