I am not new to exercise but I am just getting back to it after some setbacks. I need some advice... I want to do some strength training and I don't want to get overwhelmed. I was wondering how many different exercises per body part should I do when I do my workout, i.e. how many exercises for shoulders, how many for arms, how many for legs. Should i do a whole body workout or break it up into groups? Thanks for any advice.
