hey,im 19 and weigh 75kg (12st) my daily calorie intake is meant to be 2500.I read that your to eat every 2-3 hours but im just wonderng what would be a good food for each meal its the only thing that is holding me back surely its not good to be eating chicken 5times a day.....thanks a million for your help
