Ok I was doing fine until the unexpeceted happened. My granfather who I was very close with died and my my eating habits and excersing went down the tubes. I have recovered but I am now up to 260lbs. I hope by monday I will have lost a 1lb.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my grandpa a year and a half ago, and it was very hard for me too. (He was the reason that I moved 4 hours from the rest of my family) After I lost him, I found myself stuck in a town that I don't like, away from my family, for no reason. I started college, (and Prozac ) and I just started working out last Monday. I have already lost 5 pounds and I am feeling great (aside from catching the cold that my daughter has ). Like you, I started out at 250 pounds. I have found that it really helps to have someone to "check in with" on a daily basis. If you would like to be my "check in friend" let me know... I would be glad to help!:dumbbell:
