Okay, at 5'4" tall and 154 lbs...I'm way overweight bordering on obese. I hate this. So ima go change it. I guess I posted this as part vent and part reminder to myself.
I started being healthy again a couple of weeks ago, although I didn't log the past two weeks, I will from now on, it's easier to track progress (and failure) that way.
My profile:
154 lbs
5'4" tall
28% body fat (or at least that's what some site told me)
My goals:
*hit 142-144 lbs by July 30
*hit 132-134 lbs by August 30.
*get down to 18% body fat or lower.
*run a beginner's 5k marathon by the end of August.
*lift heavier, consistently.
My routine:
4x @ the gym
1x flexibility training (will increase to 2x after a month)
4x @ 45mins-1 hour cardio (will increase intensity instead)
40-40-20 pcf ratio (will try this for 1 month and gauge by results if compatible with goals.)
let's see how everything works out. I'll keep this updated, but I'll keep a separate journal too just in case you guys don't want to be pestered about it ;)
oh and I'll be upgrading after two months *grin* lil college bros tuition fees' cost a fortune!

feel good atm. sore. but good. i kept an online journal with my training logs, my diet logs and my other stuff. either email me or drop me a line if you wanna know what the link is. :) hope everybody reaches their goal. :dumbbell: rock on ft :dumbbell:
