Hello,

I have a question about clicking in various joints -- knees, elbows and shoulders in particular. I have been told that this is not a problem as long as there is no pain that goes along with the clicking, but I'm still a bit worred about it. Are there particular exercises/stretching that should be done to avoid aggravating the problem, or to alleviate it?

thanks,

Simon

When I wake up in the morning my right hip clicks loud enough to startle my wife. It doesnt hurt so I dont worry about it.

Clicking comes and goes. If it hurts , get it checked. If not, its probably ok.

My right elbow joint cliks when I do bb curls, just bring your arms closer in and it will not clear.

My shoulder sounds like a Snap ON rachet wrench.
