i`ve read somewhere about a supplement that protects joints from intensive work outs so they do not wear out too fast. ...but i do not remember the name

do you guys use anyting to protect them ?

take 1000mg a day and maybe 2000mg ... it also comes with other products as Glucosamine and Chrondroitin- this is fine but check out the price and buy a big one as it does work... from experience I can say;

tricep dumbell presses were a burden on the left arm only to me- constantly getting a 'failure' too early and a 'pain' that seemed to be around the joint and maybe cartilage/tendon.. After 2 months on the glucosamine- I felt that a 'repair' job had happened my sticky, sore elbow was now efficient enough to achieve the right hand side without a twinge. Do try it long term- My mother also swears by it for her arthritis.
