I'm confused by how many calories I should be eating per day. I am 5ft 9 153 lbs and want to get to 145 lbs. I go to the gym 3 times a week where I do 20 minutes cardio then use the weight machines.

How many calories should I be eating to lose the weight?

Hi .,

i had injury (when i had good figure & Biceps)  my left Bicep broke down which i didnt  know ( because i feel much pain in my arm but i could not figure out exactly what happend & it was beacuse if lift much weight which i also not know when i lift it up than i got to know it is damn heavy & i had a noice like broken somthing in my Arm & check my Bones which seems to me ok & i thought a minor muscle injury & i put on some crape bandage which was in my room ,,  next day when i wake up my whole arm turm black due to blood ,,,anyway in short  now i have a hole type in my Arm & i cannot hold much weight from my left Arm ... can any body tell  me  do i have to operate & my bicep & join it or with the passage of time i will be cured... because now it have been 4 years i  left my workout &  i wanted to start again.....:(

The thing that motivates me to lose weight are avoiding future diseases, have good skin and healthy weight.

hi my name is Michele i'm from Edmonton Alberta Canada. i'm a mother of 3. oldest turned 19yr old this year. 
ive had over the past 10 years 3 knee surgeries. When i was pregnant with my 3 rd child (he ll be 4  soon) i was gest diabetic. 250 lbs.  then become predibetic after he was born and managed to beat it. im in the clear. i joined my local gym 2 years ago and  just didtn put much effort into my workout until after this past christmas. i ve done almost every diet imaginable and probably most workout fabs. so now im looking for results and no excuses as to why i cant have a similar body to Dana linn Bailey. with that said im turning 40 this july and my weigh in is 170lbs. I could use all the advice and encouragement as possible.  id like to achieve this goal and prove to the guys i talk to that you don't need steroids to look and feel great . thank you for allowing me to join this group :)
