Whenever I go on the treadmill, after a while it starts killing, it hurts basically right where your cav’s are, but on the front side and a little lower. Is that normal? I don't remember ever having that problem back in my high school days.

hehe, funny you say that, my program told me to do them, but I just did calf raises, because I couldn't find anywhere good to do reverse. Guess I start doing them!
Thanks

When i used to do running on the treadmill to warm up, the muscles on the front of my lower leg used to burn like hell and i'd get a good pump in them, so i don't think there's anything really wrong, they just need to get stronger.

I have this problem too (if I understand your description clearly). I tried reverse calf raises and so on but it doesn't seem to help. A guy who does a lot of running told me its probably the shoes i'm using. Right now I have some pretty flat addias samba soccer like shoes... could be the problem but who knows. I'll probably look into some better running shoes later but if you find anything else that works (maybe tons of reverse calf raises) then send me a pm.
