I have started spinning classes regularly in addition to running (about 25 km a week), but now I have hurt my IT Band. I have been icing it after working out and taking some pain relievers, any other suggestions? I am participating in a 10 km run on Canada Day, I need to get better.

Stretching will help. I have an IT band rehab program on word. If you send me an email I will forword you that program.
