Anyone know what this is? I just found a program that uses Isometric training with resistance bands that guarantees an increase in your vertical in two weeks or every penny of your money back. I'm just curious on how isometric training works.

An isometric exercise is one where the muscles involved are producing force but don't change in length (often referred to as static contraction since their is no joint movement). The routine would likely involve doing a series of these exercises at various fixed joint positions.

In my opinion, this routine MIGHT have SOME benefit to the VJ of someone who has previously done little or no resistance training (even that is a stretch).

For someone is one a well thought out resistance training routine to enhance VJ performance, isometrics would as useful as a box of matches on the moon.

Man that's kinda stupid, why would a company invest money in that and give a money back guarantee in results?

Because not all 'money back guarantees' are what they seem to be. Even if you take them up on the 'money back guarantee' they'll almost certainly make a buck on the transaction, through various handling surcharges, or at the very least break even. That along with the fact that most consumers, even if they are not satisfied with the results, will NOT seek a refund.

Why?

Because most consumers will assume that if the product comes with a money back guarantee, it must be beyond reproach. Therefore if the results are not there, the consumer will assume it is a failure on their part, not the product's.

So an article in mens and health said to help you squat, put a bar "stuck" at where your knees are at parellal or slightly below, and push against it, for 30 secs, then go do squats, and it said it would boost you out of the "hole" so it a crock of ......bull?

I thought is sounded kinda odd my self concidering if th emuscle isn't contracting, amking it shorter, how does it break it down? to get it bigger?
