Day 1: Bench Press, Butterfly, Tricep press down, Reverse Deltoid fly, Shrugs

Day 2: Leg Press, Calf Extensions, Lat Pull Down, Reverse Lat Butterfly, Curls

I am performing all of this on a machine. I wish I had access to freewights, but I can't afford them right now. The machine I use is free being that it is owned by the apartment complex I live in.

I take the third day off, then start over.

I am naturally musculer, and Kind of heavy. I'm not looking to loose weight, just bulk up.

Is there anything else I should be doin?. There are other exercises I can do for each muscle group, but i figured I would save them for when I need to do the "shock" thing.

Thanks to anyone with thoughts or comments.

When I go on vacation, I have to find a bunch of weird and creative things to do to workout. It's fun in a way, but I would hate to have to do it everyday. You should find a gym that's around you that you could work out at for a relatively low price. If I didn't belong to the gym I go to, I would join a P.E. class at the Junior college. It's one unit so it's like 20 bucks, and you have access to the gym all semester long. A University is another option. They won't even know you're not enrolled. Just show up, work out like you own the place and you'll be alright. Other than that, keep up the workout, stay positive, and keep the creativity.
