Just wanted to know if you guys could help me out and let me knw if i take the product in prescribed limits is it safe???

Really.....it's like the guy in the other forum that said he blew out a vein or something in his head doin' squats, then finished his workout. Went back and worked out again the next day just to have the same thing happen. Then his first post here is what should I do? I hate to sound like I'm pickin' on the guy but man!:)

Cuz i picked it up in a hurry when i was travelling,and now reading the label was second guessing it !

u crack me up man....wouldnt u at the very least read the label before buying something....I would return it and get your cash back...and get a few days worth of groceries....will see more results from better nutrition than from this product....
