Pumped at all times. When im lifting for my arm exercises at the beginning of the week I feel my arms really got a workout but as the days progress into the week I look at them an think it was a waste of time because they look smaller than at the beginning. Is their a way to keep the muscle pumped at all times?

Yeah, its called synthol injections.

Man, if there was natural way to do it everyone would be walking around with another inch on their biceps.

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

Just irritating I put in the hard work and when im done exercising Im all pumped and ready to go and at the end of the week they feel small and week again. I measured them and they shrink a little. It is like they swell for a few days. Whats up w/ that?

Your muscles are pumped because they become gorged with blood when you use them. The harder you work, the more blood your body needs to pump through muscles to keep oxygen in them.

The pump goes away after your muscles are relaxed. It stays for a couple days because of the time it takes for the body to repair the muscle. So long as its being repaired, it needs extra oxygen/blood.
