Is taichi a good work out, if so what does it work out and would you recoment it for a begginer,
i want to get in shape and i have tried seversl times, i have treid the at home plan twice already,
however i cant stick with it, i get fustrated that i can bearly do 7 pushup, most people think im in good shape when they look at me, but i real am not and i want to,
pleaseee help me

ps. doing thos 7 pushups, i do them the way the site says, take about 4 seconds total down and up for easch one, my heart rate does increas and i alsmot start to sweet

it depends on personaly likenes - but in general, tai chi is good for beginers, but must learn proper, best from skilled teacher. Tai chi is very complex form of chinese "healt gymnastics" with martial arts aspects, so self teaching from books etc. is not good. And if you want to be in good shape, must do regular exercises - no other way :)

Tai chi is very good. It teaches you how to breath and concentrate. If you are wondering how would Tai Chi help your workouts...it will help by teaching you how to eliminate most external problems and focus.
