Is loading creatine necessary?

I bought some creatine and didn't load i'm in the first week is this bad should i increase it to 20g/day for the second week?

People have different opinions on that question. I never loaded and still see results. Some think the loading and not loading end us up in the same condition after 30 days. But like I said, there are alot of opinions on that.

carivan is right some do and some don't some cycle creatine and some stay on for long periods of time. Its an dindividual thing ggod luck

JustinE22, I use prolabs creatine monohydrate. When I first started using creatine I was told you did not have to load the product because it was just the manufacturers way for making you use more of the product.

Over the first couple of cycles I did not feel that much in gains. Over the last 2 cycles I decided to try loading and I am noticing much more gains. I know there are many opinions on this but with me, loading was more effective.
