I was wondering if it is worth splitting my workout to two times a day is effective. I lift weight for 15 min in the morining, go to work and then lift weights for 30 to 40 min after supper at night. Is the morning workout worth my time?
Hello and welcome to free trainers. I would drop the morning workout as 15 minutes is not adequite time to make any progress. just have your full workout after dinner don't forget to wait an hour to an hour and a half for your food to digest.Good Luck and don't forget to fill your profile out.
