i've heard alot of answers to this question, and I'm sorry if this has been repeated several times in the past but is it possible to get defined or more toned while keeping your strength. Ive been powerlifting for football for 2 years now and got my bench up to 340, and i want to get my muscles some definition but i cant lose my strength....
