I've been falling into a routine where I use an EZ curl bar and do a set of skull crushers followed by a set of bicep curls. I repeat that until all of my sets are done for both the skull crushers and the curls.

Should I just focus on one particular exercise and work one muscle at a time? Also, what are your thoughts about doing a full workout every other day versus working specific body parts on specific days? I prefer the first option.

Thanks!!

Yeah, I can't quite figure the biceps out. I do sets until failure and try to do at least 8 reps. I can't seem to get any soreness or burn and haven't seen any real improvement. Any feedback or thoughts?
