Is it alrite to switch up the days on my FT workout plan? Friday I had biceps, triceps and abs, but on Monday I have Shoulders and Back, but my arms are still pretty sore from doing it, so would it be ok to switch the day with my leg day on tuesday? Or would it change the whole setup? Thanks everyone, by the way this is my first post so Hello.
