Hello members, I'm 18 yrs old.. And I'm on my summer vacation now and before I travelled I had a personal trainer at home and I used to work out at the gym from time to time.. I do watch what I eat, I can say I'm pretty healthy I drink healthy smoothies, healthy salad and I've cut down on junk food, limiting myself to once a month or twice a month..
I'm around 54kgs and 162cm.. I've got toned thighs and all that's worrying me is my belly. I've got this jiggly belly I've had since I was 13. I've gone on diets and all my abs workouts are INTENSE even my trainer is shocked that I don't have limits I can do it. I used to do from 400-1000 reps a day but I can't seem to burn the jiggly belly of mine :(!!
I'm signing up for fat burning workouts when I go back home, kick boxing and pilates... increasing my cardio as well.
Do you think that would help???
I'm so desperate!! I need flat tones abs!! :(

well this may not help but then again it may , know im pretty young but this has worked for me , theres this dvd called yoga booty ballet it works your whole body makes you sweat tones your abs , and all and all you get a great work out , been doing it for 3 days and am already getting results , get a notebook and paper and check off 7 days of yoga booty ballet , you can get the full package off of ebay
