I was just wondering if i can mix the malto and dextron in with my protein powder and still drink it the same way chug half sip the rest? thanks and if doing both triceps and biceps should i cut back the amount of dextro and malto from the amount i would use on say a leg day or sionce i'm working both groups i will expend as much energy
