Well, the title says everything, but I'll ask more specificely. How do I know what my "input weight used " is when Im only doing pushups, etc. I have no acces to anything, aexcept for the Band Flex in our basement, but I thought I would just start without any machines right now. Then when this is over, Ill go for the machines

You might want to enter the number of repetitions you did. Just for tracking purposes.

yes, i put 0 for things like pushups and hyperextensions for now. when i feel i can add weight, i will. :) but i do try to always push myself as far as reps goes.

So when we do exersizes like push ups, sit ups, etc. we should put 0 for the "input weight used"?
