What's that?
How do i measure it?
Especially doing push ups- how do i measure that?
And what are set# is that how many times i need to do?

Hey..

input weight used refers to the amount of weight used in the exercise. Pounds or Kilograms depending on the measurment type selected. For freehand exerices.. use your body weight.

Set # refers to the number of the set. Some exercises will have 3 upto 5 sets.. each with specific repetitions.

you mean like the exercise "dips behind the back" i use my weight? in all 4 sets? use my weight without any change?

unless you start setting plates on your lap, then yes just your same weight all four sets
