Hey all, I found a great weight bench, that even comes witht the weights for only $58.88. Looks like this will do most of the routines listed on this site. Check it out at
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?cat=49039&product_id=1679858&type=1&path=0:4125:4134:49039&dept=4125 I'm going to buy one tomorrow. It will complement the weider three-station machine that I have. they also have dumbbells for $20.00. Can't beat it!

Well all,
I got the equipment and it works great. I added a flat pad to aid in bicep development (like their more expensive bench has). All works great and was worthe the $$$

Hey... I recognize that... I think its still in my garage collecting dust. I got that bench on my 14th birthday. It works fine for a beginner but a couple of things to watch for in quality. The weight bar is not very strong as proof mine bent only after 3 weeks of use with my brother. Also, the butterfly arms (the 2 used for chest development) have weak supports which broke soon afterwards. So be carefull with that bench... I would spend a bit more money and be satisfied in the long run. I bought a used Soloflex for 400$ in exelent condition and Im still using it today.

All I can say is, you get what you pay for. If you want to save $$, go to eBay and check out their auctions!

The soloflex is not too good for building. You want to stick with free weights. I think I saw a Soloflex in my neighbor's garage. It was only a suggestion for people starting out that I made for the wal-mart stuff. You can't get much for $70.00 too many other places. Good luck!
