Pick out a point on the wall and jump for it. Once you reach it go for a new higher point just jump over and over and over. Also strengthen your calves.
jump rope... do some plyometrics... then jump some more ropes... heh, the thing that's helped me the most, though, is rest... you can find lots of plyometrics videos/books out there, and they'll tell you how you can increase your vert by 50 inches or whatever in a few months... then it tells you to do their program every single day... that'll get you seven feet under in no time, trust... i just jump rope a lot every other day, and do plyo on my leg day (once a week)... i'm only 5'7 and i'm now just about grabbing the rim... good luck
