hi im new to the work put thought. i have a fitness plan that calls for 4 sets each. would it be better to do all 4 sets of one exercise then go to the next, or do one set of each exercise then start over
Typically you should do your 4 sets, then move to the next exercise/lift.
Unless, you are doing a Circuit Program.
