When its really hot and I work out I get headaches. Should I avoid working in the heat or take it like a man?

Sometimes headaches are unavoidable when stressing your body. If you're healthy, (in decent shape)hydrated, (at least 8 glasses H20 a day or more), and eat right, you can continue your workout. BUT! If you often get "dizzy" headaches or feel faint when you work out, you might want to talk to a doctor before doing anything too stressful. Listen to your body! There's a difference between "I really don't want to" and "I really shouldn't".
