my baseball season just started. i was just wondering if anyone new a progrma i could follow thorughtout my season. it would realy help me out. also should i still be dietign during my baseball season. i am a catcher if that means anythign

as far as being a catcher goes you should be fine....may not want to burn out your muscles unless there are two days before a game, but being a cather you don't have to worry about the flexibilty issues as per say a pitcher would have to worry about in their upper body......basically just use common sense with it and you'll be fine....i played 3 years D1 ball and we worked out everyday after practice but just did light circuit training the day before a game. Catchers did train their legs hams & glutes differently too i might add.
