Im in football season as it just started, and i still want to gain weight and eat healthy but as i go on i find it harder to be creative with my meals and work outs, i get to work out 1 or 2 times a week but its very intense, and i was woundering is it still possible to gain muscle weight, i try to eat every chance i get but time is limited and meals are poorly contruscted due to the fact that im not much of a cook, i have food but i dont know what to eat
