hi i need to improve my flexibility for a certain move that I have to do but am having a hard time finding exercises. Can someone help me. Thanks

what move?


best way is to do a light run or jog....get blood flowing and then stretch.

Some of my fellow cheerleaders swear by the hot-tub....ge tin it for 15mins or so get out and stretch...

your muscles resond best to frequency where flexibility is concerned. stretch a few times throughout the day. Also, like andrew said, keeping the muscles you are stretching warm is very helpful.
