Impossible to tighten pecs/Ab definiton?

I'm a 5'11" 23 year old male. In the beginning of March I booked a trip and wanted to lose some weight and try to work towards a 6 pack. The trip was in May. I started at 190 lbs. A week before I left for my trip I weighed 169 lbs. I started to see some definition in my abs. Lines down the sides of my chest, and could see my ribs more clearly. Can't seem to get the horizontal lines to show.

1st: Will I ever see these lines ? How can I make the damn things show?

2nd question: I have always had flabby pecs. I have a husky upper body. When I push on them I can feel muscle, but when I squeeze them I can grab to much fatty skin. I want them closer to my body and tighter if that makes sense. What can I do before I resort to getting this crap sucked out of them.

1st, you have them, everybody has them, most just have a layer of fat covering them. 2nd, again, a body fat issue is in play. You gotta watch your diet, workout, get the fat to burn away, then the pecs will be tight. You might hear it a few times, but, I'll say it; You can't spot reduce. There is no way to just make the fat around your pecs to go. Fat is kind of like snow, it has to melt away, but all of it has to melt away, but the bigger mounds are going to take longer than the smaller ones
