Ive been on my weights and cardio programe for 3 months solid. I am now loosing weight and can see improvements in muscle mass. I am weight lifting 3 times per week with 30 min light cardio after. I then go 3 time a week for just cardio for 60 mins light. It seems to be working for me. I want to know. I am improving my lifts every week but allthough I am lifting heavy, I dont seem to feel my muscles burning. But I do get a dull ache the next day. Should I be feeling my muscle burn when doing my sets? I take creatine and other supplimens.
