Down from 330 to 305 since Jan. 31st. 25 lbs in a month isn't too bad, but I still have a loooooooong journey ahead of me, as I want to get down to 190.
Just thought I'd brag for a second.

Wow...that's great david...they say even losing 10% of your body weight has huge health benefits and you just about did that so that is really awesome!! Keep up the great work!
If you don't mind me attaching myself onto your brag thread...I have a little bragging to do myself. For the past few years, I haven't done a single thing to benefit my body...been wallowing really. On January 15, after weighing in at the doctors at 198 lbs...arrgghhh!!!, I decided to REALLY do something about it...not just talk about it. I printed off a strength training routine from this site, got an elliptical and started slowly...using small weights (2-3 lbs) and trying my hand at HIIT....that has me sucking wind pretty heavily...I was able to do about 5 minutes of that and only 3 of the 4 sets my routine outlined...now I can do 15 minutes HIIT (OK...the last 2.5 minutes is at moderate speed but so what?) and my whole routine with the 3 lb weights....and I have lost 11 lbs!! My diet consists of protein shake early in the a.m. and several smaller meals throughout the day, heavy on proteins, grains, veggies and fruit...and the odd scoop of ice cream :laugh:...this lifestyle is a total keeper..wooo hooo!!

That's awesome, sourjujube! Keep up the good work! I'm also using a strength training routine I got from this site. My diet, however, is LA Weightloss, which is reasonable diet, including all types of food (proteins, starches, fruits, veggies, etc.).

-------------- I ran outta gas. I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from outta town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locusts. It wasn't my fault!! I swear to God!!
