hey. i'm a 33 year old female and I want to lose about 15 lbs. It is distributed pretty even but I could use some extra help in the rear and my theighs. I was reading some of the conversations and feel a little confused. I don't want to have big muscles but I would like to see them. I just really need to burn off the fat that is covering them up. what are you suggestions on a workout program for me

Healthy diet, strength training, and cardio. You don't have to worry about building huge muscles, because you gals just don't have the natural testosterone for it. "Spot training" for weight loss is nearly a myth, so the best way to lose the weight is to approach it from a total body perspective. Diet is #1, so you need to figure out how many calories you need to take in. Then get a good strength training and cardio program going.
