Hey guys!

I just searched Google trying to find a fitness plan, and here I am.

Basically, I just want to strengthen my biceps and triceps. I'm just not sure if I'm too young to be doing weights; am I?

I'm not looking to do anything serious, I don't have access to a gym, and I'm not allowed buy any equipment.

My main question on that is: Am I too young to start doing weights?

Now, onto the main reason I'm here. I want a six-pack. I, pretty much, already have a six-pack. It does need a bit of working on but for the most part it's there.

There's just one problem, I can't see it. I read the topic about that already, but I'd just like someone to clearly explain what I need to do so that my six-pack is visible. Oh, and how I should work on my six-pack.

My question: 1) How should I work on my six-pack? ?
2) Can someone clearly explain how I can make my six-pack visible?

Work on your six pack by doing basic core exercises,
to make them visible improve your diet.
Triceps and biceps can be done by doing push ups, and pull ups. You can also use empty soda bottles as weights.
Have fun!
