After probably three years of being a physical mess (due to being in bands and college education) I've decided to start working out, eating properly and coming on Freetrainers for support and information. I forgot how much i used to love it all, but im a stone and a half down on what i was when i was 18 :o and i battled for that muscle and im gonna battle again!!! GRRR!!!
I want people to know i work out, as stupid as that sounds, and i want tshirts to be tight in the right places and i just wanna feel better about myself :) so im gonna do it.
Just saying hello to everyone again. Hope alot of the old lot are still about!
