I've been dealing with a shoulder injury but I am back and ready to charge onward! I've been doing some ab work at home but avoiding the weights until last night. This past two weeks has been a slight bummer since I have not been lifting, but my abs are better than ever!

Welcome back Sunnyjack. I know what you mean when you say "This past two weeks has been a slight bummer since I have not been lifting." If I only go a few days I start feeling like crap; I lose that sense of accomplishment.

welcome back man.. You said you hurt your shoulder? Maybe you should try some of those external rotation exercises. They really assist the integrity of the shoulder, and will boost your bench and other exercises

never quit. keep working hard & avoid the shoulder until absolutly healed.
