I've seen a lot of the pros on here say that you have to remember that supplements are only supplemental. I've had good results with certain supplements to push myself over a hump, but it usually all comes down to what my diet is like. I personally like creatine a lot for recovery and endurance but have used glutamine for a while without any noticeable results. It may be helping me maintain my weight, but I think I'm going to phase it out once I use up my supply.
