I want to no haw long will it be before i start to see results with exercising. I have just joined the gym and Iam going 3 times a week. Iam also on a low fat diet which iam calorie counting. I need to lose 14 pounds and i really want to tone my body up and be alot leaner.
everyone will respond differently. But if you make the correct changes to your diet and cardio.. you should see results in the first week or at the lastest the second. You must remember that it will take work and commitment. There are no shortcuts.. just dedication. It will all pay off in the end!
