That much cardio will keep you from making the gains you want. Try doing your 5 min warm up first, then upping your weights to 45 min, with a cool down if you want. Cut your cardio to 2-3 times a week, either on opposite days of weights or after. Dont' do the same cardio workout everytime either. Mix it up. Good luck. Is your diet good?
