This may come across as a little sad....I want to look like Jessica Biel! I know, I know, don't we all. My build is similar to hers, very proportionate, so I think it is achievable. Just wondering how often I need to be lifting to get that strong but not overly meaty tone. I feel certain she works out twice a day....anyone? And what about supplements? yay or nay?
