I tossed my scale today,because Iam tired of living by a number and weighing success by a number. I have worked too hard these past few weeks to let the scale defeat me..
My last weigh in showed me that my weight hadnt change,but I know darn well my body has changed.Inches lost is far more important to me than a weight.And I know from past experience that weight lifting burns fat and replaces it with lean muscle .
I took my measurements today,and to date,5 weeks(2 on my own,3 on the program) later here are the results so far.The proof is in the measuring tape and not the scale...
