Im not very tall around 5'6 and Im around 150-160 pounds (varies) and I have ehh not so big arms around 13-14" and Im pretty thick in my chest and stomach area (I do have a gut) and my inner thighs are thick as well. Im thinking I might want to slim down to get rid of the extra fat in my chest/abs/thighs should I take up more cardio I do 15 minutes of cardio every other day from my workout at high speed/pace on a bike?
